The above room rates are inclusive of 12 % Service Charge, 10 % Sales Tax, $ 0.10 per person per night and 2 % Municipality tax on total bill based on bed and breakfast.

The above rates are secured by the Hotel for our attendees who do thier reservations before the end of May, after this date unreserved rooms will be released by the hotel to the market and the prices and room availability will be subject of direct communication between the attendee and the hotel with no responsibility on the course organizers

Cancellation Policy / No show charges:

- One Night accommodation charge for cancellation within 90 days prior to arrival.

- 25% of all accommodation cancelled within 60 days prior to Aug. 3^rd 2007 .

- 50% of all accommodation cancelled within 30 days prior to Aug. 3^rd 2007 .

-100% of all accommodation cancelled less than 30 days prior to Aug. 3^rd 2007 .
